Tata Motors clarifies that the company has not advanced the commencement of production and launch of the Tata Nano, as is being reported in a section of the electronic media.

As mentioned, during the unveiling of the Nano at the Delhi Auto Expo on January 10, 2008, the company will launch the car in the latter part of 2008.
